June 16th - SPUN Ice Cream and Anjore’s "Ice Cream Social Supper"

On Thursday, June 16, 6-9 PM, Chef Deepa Shridhar of Anjore and Pastry Chef Christina Cheng of SPUN Ice Cream are teaming up for a special collaborative dinner at Black Lagoon Art Gallery. For one evening only, the pop-up “Ice Cream Social Supper” will offer four courses, with unique flavors inspired by Indian spices, ghees, summer farm vegetables, responsibly sourced confit duck and lots of fun with liquid nitrogen. Plus, two whiskey cocktails made with fresh, local ingredients.
