They are searching for a Director of Analytics who will build out Aceable's analytics function. You will drive the design, development, and execution of data analytics systems while also supporting Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Finance Teams. Your team will work collaboratively with these stakeholders to manage delivery of data projects that empower the team to make informed business decisions.
Aceable is on the lookout for a Customer Experience Agent to join our team during our Tuesday-Saturday 10am-7pm shift. The ideal candidate understands how community support contributes to marketing, product, and the overall success of the company. You should be able to handle fast-moving, high-pressure situations while staying calm and collected. Customer Experience Agents need a ridiculously positive attitude and an amazing set of people skills.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating visually engaging, innovative and functional mobile and web experiences — from concept to execution. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team to bring your vision and concepts to life and are expected to understand of the right balance between serving our brand’s purpose, business missions and customer needs.
We’re looking for a UX/UI designer who will work with the rest of our design team, as well as product, learning experience, development, QA, content, and customer experience teams to create great experiences for our users.
