Yana Gilbuena of Salo Series and Irvianne Torremoro of Flavor & Bountyare teaming up again to bring a fall-themed kamayan-style popup dinner back in Austin. 

Barkada, in the Filipino slang, means gang/friend group - which is appropriate for this dinner, since it'll serve as an early

MENU: 

Tsokolate-eh (Beverage)
Dark chocolate drink made with cacao and coconut milk and thai chilies.

Bistek Tagalog (Appetizer)
Beef strips in soy and calamansi with garlic and crispy onions on a bed of sauteed cabbage

Atcharang Taglagas (Appetizer)
Seasonal Vegetables flash pickled in spicy coconut vinegar

Safflower Garlic Fried Rice (Small Plate)

Kare-Kare (Entree) 
Beef tongue in almond butter curry with bokchoy, roasted eggplants, and green beans*
