Heather Labus is an accounting and tax specialist who primarily consults small start-ups and growing businesses.

Kristina Modares is a realtor who specializes in working with Millennials—whether they are buying, selling or looking to experiment with investment strategies. She’s driven by a the genuine desire to help others realize and reach their big picture goals. She understands that we’re not taught “how to buy a house" in school and we all tend to fear the unknown.

Matt Guley has a uniquely broad foundation of real estate-related experience, having transacted new homes, high rise condominiums, residential real estate and land. Matt moved to Austin with his family in 2005 to enjoy the culture and quality of life. In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time boating with his wife and two daughters.
