Meet the panelists


richelle king — Texas Freedom Network

Richelle is a young community organizer here in Austin, Texas. She works for the Texas Freedom Network, a progressive nonprofit organization started by Cecile Richards in 1995. She is also a youth board member with Planned Parenthood Federation of America's Young Leaders Advisory Council. In the past, Richelle has worked with The Lilith Fund for Reproductive Equity as a hotline volunteer and with SafePlace as a meal prep volunteer. In addition to political advocacy, Richelle is a cartoonist, illustrator, and streamer who creates art about gender, sexuality, trauma, and living life in Texas.


Alexa Garcia-Ditta — Communications and Policy Initiatives Director at NARAL Pro-Choice Texas

Alexa joined NARAL Pro-Choice Texas in July 2016 after two years of covering reproductive health and rights at various Texas media outlets. She also served as a communications associate for the Center for Public Policy Priorities. She holds a Master of Arts in journalism from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor of arts in journalism and Spanish from UT-Arlington. Alexa’s role at NPCT combines her reporting, writing and strategic communications experience with her intricate knowledge of the state legislative process and reproductive rights policy expertise.


Natalie St. Clair — Fund texas choice

Natalie is a queer and proud SJW living in South Austin.  Armed with six-years of experience in childcare, a BA in Sociology & Government from UT Austin, and a vision of bodily autonomy and humanization for all, she works as the Operations Manager at Fund Texas Choice. Incorrigible homebody, paw-rent to three furbabies, and movie-lover, her firm slogans are “intersectional feminism or bust” and “hug it out.”
