Sept. 17th - REALIGN with Body and Mind

Join Davia Roberts and Melanie Holst-Collins for a transformative 6 week experience that will guide you to explore, accept, and celebrate your body. Each week, they will provide a safe space to promote healthy dialogue about body image as we redefine what it means to be “enough” in our bodies.

Collectively, you will reconnect with your sense of self through group discussion and yoga sequences that challenge us to be aware of our body’s strength and value. You will realign with body and mind by intimate self-reflection and body movement that encourages self-compassion, forgiveness, and self love.

  • 1.5 hr guided discussions and yoga sequences each Saturday from 1:30 - 3 pm.
  • E-book for reflection and manifestations.
  • 2 online yoga sequences designed specifically for YOU (30 mins. each).
