Special Events Job at the Bullock Museum

The Bullock Museum is hiring a Special Events Coordinator. The Special Events Coordinator reports to the Special Events Manager and is responsible for soliciting and securing rental facility sales for Museum spaces, internal event space planning, and the resulting coordination and oversight for both externally and internally-booked events. This includes all logistics, schedules, adherence to state policies with regard to accessibility and crowd control, inter-department communication, quality control in the set-up, technical assistance, break-down, and overall on-site management before, during and after events hosted by or held at the Museum. The Special Events Coordinator is an expert in communication and relationships, working closely with clients, external contractors, work crews, and Museum staff to ensure a well-organized, successful event that conforms to the client’s goals and the Museum’s standards for quality and safety.
