Balance With Cait: Nutrition and Health Coaching


Cait Ross is an Integrative Nutrition Health & Lifestyle Coach and founder of Balance with Cait, a brand and community dedicated to helping people discover balance in their lives through nutrition, lifestyle & meaningful connection. 

Cait uses a 4-pillar holistic approach, as all areas of life are connected. The pillars of her approach are rooted in 4 main areas: food, movement, lifestyle & connection. She works alongside her clients to examine how one area of their life might be affecting another and in turn, their overall health & state of well being. Sh wor with lients in a variety of ways, including: private & group coaching, corporate wellness, speaking engagements, riting and interactive workshops.
