Multiple organizations including Black, Latinx, the indigenous, LGBTQ, refugees, immigrants, laborers and the poor will collaborate on International Worker's Day, when they'll launch massive protests nationwide. Join us in Austin as we go beyond moments of outrage, beyond narrow concepts of sanctuary, and beyond barriers between communities that have much at stake and so much in common.

San Marcos Socialist Collective - 12:30PM (location TBA)
Fast food workers in San Marcos are striking for management to put an end to unjust labor practices including: harassment, worker intimidation, and wage theft. They are also demanding safer working conditions and improved training.
Disclaimer: For the safety of the workers, the location of the strike will not be released until the strike notice has been delivered to management.
