Grateful Thread, is a one night, 100% free shopping event for women all over Austin to receive clothing, shop their neighbor's closets and create new friendships with Austin women.
The event is on May 12th from 6pm to 8pm at a secret location - guests who have RSVP'd will get an email with the location a few days before the event.
In addition to participating in the largest clothing swap in Austin, guests will receive a handful of free tickets to exchange for items of clothing, a personal stylist to shop with, complimentary ips and nacks y Austin Gourmet Popcorn, relax in a lounge area created by Loot Vintage, dance to a DJ, listen to career tips from Austin leaders and the best part - shop new and gently used clothes collected from women all over town.

Grateful Thread is partnering with afePlac, Lifeworks, Communities in Schools, and so many more rganizations to help spread the word and ensure inclusion of women from all areas of Austin.
From now through April 30, women can donate their gently worn clothing & accessories at any Austin area Ace Tailors; no clothing will be collected the night of the event.
