R&R Yoga is an online guide to help you learn more about self, mindfulness and mental health topics. The goal is to create a space that will allow for healing, transformation & growth through workshops and self-care events.
This sacred space is for anyone looking to unwind, refocus and get rooted. It will begin with gentle yoga including breath work and meditation. Everyone will have an opportunity to make their own smudge stick while learning about the history of smudging and about the herbs.
