Presented by Cee Smith Media and #bossbabesATX, in partnership with General Assembly, BEYOND is a one-day program hosted in Austin and Washington DC to provide creative entrepreneurs, especially women and the LGBTQ community, insight and actionable steps for scaling their businesses. The Austin event runs from 1 to 5 PM on April 1 at WeWork Congress. This event is free with RSVP.

Rachel Denton is an e-business and digital marketing manager at Silicon Labs, where she drives the web personalization and optimization strategy for the company. Rachel started her career as an engineer, later applying her analytical skills and eye for detail to digital product marketing and marketing operations for various Austin tech companies. She has a passion for data-driven marketing and enjoys the challenge of finding ways to improve strategies and product growth through the latest tools and resources. Rachel holds an MS in Environmental Engineering and a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
