Meghan williams

Although she works in tech and client relations, Williams is currently pursuing opportunities to bring the fair trade community in Austin together. She's also developing resources for those interested in learning more and supporting the movement in their daily lives.

Julie Martin — Strive Green

Martin is the founder of StriveGreen, a sustainable boutique supporting only brands that are socially responsible and conscious of their carbon footprint, using green manufacturing practices to minimize or eliminate waste, organic and renewable resources, low-impact dyes, and fair trade policies. Starting as an ecommerce site and blog in 2014, StriveGreen moved into its first home this past August, housed in a refurbished 1971 Shasta camper on Barton Springs Rd.

Fair trade advocate and supporter, Bueno works as the development director for Trinity Child Development Center. In her spare time, she works as a sales associate with Raven & Lily, a B Corporation and fair trade-certified business based out of Austin.

Jen Lewis — Founder and Executive Director of Purse & Clutch

Lewis is the founder of Purse & Clutch, a handbag line that employs weavers and seamstresses in Guatemala and leather workers in Ethiopia to break the cycle of poverty.
