On Being In Your Body: A Sunset Stretch Sesh

Tune in at sunset on August 8 for a stretch sesh and meditation with restorative yoga practitioner Tierra Denae. The session will be hosted digitally via Zoom from 7 to 8:30 PM on Saturday, August 8. Attendees can expect to:

  • settle in with some at-home bodywork

  • participate in a guided exercise by Tierra Denae

  • stretch and relax
